Returns & Refunds Policy
Our Commitment: Every hat and headpiece created by Noeleen Millinery Ireland is individually handmade with care and craftsmanship. We want you to be delighted with your purchase.
Hygiene Notice: For hygiene reasons, all hats and headwear are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once worn. We strongly recommend trying your hat on carefully over a clean, dry head before wearing it outdoors or to an event. This exemption is permitted under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
Ready-to-Wear Hats — Unworn Returns: If you are not satisfied with your ready-to-wear purchase and the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact Noeleen at studio@noeleenmillinery.com to initiate a return. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. A full refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
Custom & Bespoke Orders: All custom and bespoke orders are made to your individual specifications and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We work closely with you throughout the entire process to ensure you are happy with the design before we begin making your piece.
Damaged on Arrival: If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing studio@noeleenmillinery.com with clear photographic evidence of the damage, before the item has been worn. We reserve the right to request the return of the damaged item before issuing a refund or replacement. Return postage for damaged items will be assessed on a case by case basis and we will advise you at the time.
Lost in Transit: In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit, please contact us at studio@noeleenmillinery.com We will file a claim with An Post and issue a full refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
International Customers — Customs & Duties Please note that any import duties or taxes charged by your country on delivery are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
