Noeleen Millinery Ships to the following destinations.
Please see approximate shipping transit times. The below transit times will be impacted at Christmas, expect delays.
- Ireland and Northern Ireland: 1-2 business/working days
- United Kingdom: 3-5 business/working days
- U.S.A: 6-10 business/working days (does not include weekends and holidays. If ordering for an event please allow yourself extra days in case shipment is delayed.
- E.U : 3-5 business/working days
**For E.U and U.S a separate email/invoice quotation will be sent based on your specific destination.

- All shipments are sent by An Post unless otherwise specified and require a signature on delivery at destination.
- All shipments have a tracking number.
- All shipments are shipped on a DDU basis. Delivery Duties are unpaid
**Any destination or customs charges that may apply in the buyers country are paid by you, the buyer.
Noeleen Millinery is not responsible for lost packages in transit.
Returns:
All items are 100% handcrafted hats. Choose carefully when buying ready to-wear-hats. We do not accept exchanges.
- Should there be a problem with your order such as damaged on receipt. Please contact us immediately (or within two days) of receiving the shipment.
- Please send photos of the issue to studio@noeleenmillinery.com
- The item needs to be returned to Ireland within 30 days of receipt.
- When returning an item make sure to specify with the shipping carrier that the package is a returned item with the total value amount of the hat.
- The shipping return cost is for the buyer.
When your item is received back, inspected and has no signs of wear, in the original packaging with tags. Then a decision will be made on a refund.
If a refund is approved your original payment method will be credited the amount minus the original shipping cost.
- There are no refunds on custom made hats and items on sale.
- We pack all the hats in hat boxes for safekeeping and transport.
